Standard fee option

 

An introduction fee of 10% (plus vat) of the employee’s salary if the vacancy is successfully filled.

This is payable in 5 instalments, the first instalment falling due for payment 14 days after the employee’s start date, with subsequent instalments payable at monthly intervals thereafter. (i.e. Start date 14 June, first instalment payable 28 June and then on the 28th of each month for the next four months).

If the candidate leaves your employment, then any instalments which have not fallen due for payment are waived.

So for example for a salary of £25,000 our fee would be £2,500 plus vat, payable by five instalments of £500 each.

Low cost fixed fee option

 

A non-refundable marketing fee of £500 plus vat. Plus an additional fixed introduction fee of £1,500 plus vat, if the vacancy is successfully filled.

This is payable in 3 equal instalments, the first instalment falling due for payment 14 days after the employee’s start date, with subsequent instalments payable at monthly intervals thereafter. (i.e. Start date 14 June, first instalment payable 28 June and then on the 28th of each month for the next two months).

If the candidate leaves your employment then any instalments which have not fallen due for payment are waived.

So for a £25,000 salary you would pay;£500 plus vat upfront (non-refundable) followed by 3 instalments of £500 plus vat. Total payable £2,000 plus vat.

Extended payment terms option (12 months)

Pay a non-refundable marketing fee of £500 plus vat plus an additional introduction fee of 10% (plus vat) of the employee’s salary if the vacancy is successfully filled.

This is payable in 12 instalments, the first instalment falling due for payment 14 days after the employee’s start date, with subsequent instalments payable at monthly intervals thereafter. (i.e. Start date 14 June, first instalment payable 28 June and then on the 28th of each month for the next eleven months).

If the candidate leaves your employment, then any instalments which have not fallen due for payment are waived.

So for a salary of £25,000, you would pay; £500 plus vat, upfront non-refundable marketing fee, followed by twelve monthly payments of £208.33 plus vat. Total £3,000 plus vat.
